Find the Value of the Question Mark
Can you figure out the value of the question mark in this simple math riddle?
(Hint: addition and a reoccurring one-step pattern are involved.)
Answer: 3; add any number to the number one step below it on a diagonal, and you get the number directly beneath the first number. For instance: 4 + 2 = 6; 9 + 10 = 19, etc. Therefore, 2 + 1 = 3.
Simple, right?
1 2
